What are the shipping times for your products?
Your orders are shipped no later than 24 hours after your payment. After that, the delivery time is 3 to 7 days.
Where do you ship from ?
Our offices and storage space are located at DROUGES. At France.
I haven't received my order, what should I do?
Send us an email at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible to find a solution.
My seeds have not germinated, can I get a refund
If you have photo evidence (with a temperature reading on a thermometer next to the seeds), we will completely refund the seeds (excluding shipping costs).
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
Simply send us a photo of the damaged item in question to the e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
